Wir sind telefonisch für sie erreichbar und das ist für viele Mieter sehr beruhigend und angenehm, um auch mal schnelle Hilfe zu bekommen. Eine wöchentliche Reinigung ist bei uns Standard und sollte immer mit dabei sein. Ihre Wohnungen und Apartments sollten Nichtraucher-Wohnungen sein. Damit ihre Wohnung auf Zeit auch Platz für ein gemütliches Zuhause bietet, sollten die Wohnungen ca. 35 – 40 m² Wohnfläche haben. Auch die Anforderung an ihre zeitliche begrenzte Mietwohnung sollte sie nicht einschränken. A weekly cleaning is guaranteed. Your apartment should be a non-smoker apartment in order to satisfy all customers and keep a constant high quality.

What should be included in a well furnished apartment?

Every 10 minutes a bus stops and will take you to the city centre of Mainz within only 15 minutes. You can reach the train station Mainz Mombach in only 3 minutes afoot. A supermarket, a bakery and a bank are also only 5 minutes away.
