We like to keep it as simple as possible for our customers to rent an apartment or the loft during the wished period of time. The service in serviced apartments includes a weekly cleaning and, if wished, a laundry service.
To offer our customers an easy and pleasent stay, as good as in a hotel, is the standard of the WOHNHAUS Mainz.
We are always available as a personal contact and take your special requirements into account. Serviced apartments are the economical alternative to a hotelroom.

Our idea behind furnished living is to create a home away from home. In order to achieve that, we pay attention to a high quality endowment and furniture. Our Large-Apartment offers even more space compared to our Standard-Apartments and is divided into two rooms with about 30 sqm each. The entire Large-Apartment and especially the spacious bathroom are open and flooded with light.
A flat screen TV with the regular television programme and free access to our WIFI ( about 100 Mbit/s) are part of the standard equipment of our apartments and perfect furnished living.
Mainz – Mombach will be your second home
The central location in the inner city of Mainz-Mombach enables you to walk to all necessary shopping facilities. You can reach the Autobahn to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim in only a few minutes. The main train station is reachable with public transport in a few minutes as well.
In order to keep the high standard in our loft, smoking is not allowed.
