We like to keep it as simple as possible for our customers to rent an apartment or the loft during the wished period of time. The service in serviced apartments includes a weekly cleaning and, if wished, a laundry service.

High quality endowment
Our idea behind furnished living is to create a home away from home. In order to achieve that, we pay attention to a high quality endowment and furniture. The kitchen is designed openly and offers a light-flooded winter garden of about 20 m2 right next to it which invites you to eat and relax. The air conditioner takes care of a comfortable temperature.
A flat screen TV with the regular television programme and free access to our WIFI ( about 100 Mbit/s) are part of the standard equipment of our apartments and perfect furnished living.
Mainz – Mombach will be your second home
The central location in the inner city of Mainz-Mombach enables you to walk to all necessary shopping facilities. You can reach the Autobahn to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim in only a few minutes. The main train station is reachable with public transport in a few minutes as well.
In order to keep the high standard in our loft, smoking is not allowed.
