For many years the WOHNHAUS Mainz offers a great amount of fully equipped and modern furnished apartments, as well as a generous loft, to our customers. We like to keep it as simple as possible for our customers to rent an apartment or the loft during the wished period of time. The service in serviced apartments includes a weekly cleaning and, if wished, a laundry service.
To offer our customers an easy and pleasent stay, as good as in a hotel, is the standard of the WOHNHAUS Mainz.

With the idea of serviced apartments, we claim to create a home away from home for our customers. We especially pay attention to a functional equipment and complete furnishing. The kitchens are designed compactly and space-saving but still offer an extensive equipment. The meals cooked in the kitchen can be enjoyed in the light-flooded living area that is included.
A flat screen TV with the regular television programme and free access to our WIFI ( about 100 Mbit/s) are part of the standard equipment of our apartments and perfect furnished living.
Mainz – Mombach will be your second home
The central location in the inner city of Mainz-Mombach enables you to walk to all necessary shopping facilities. You can reach the Autobahn to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim in only a few minutes. The main train station is reachable with public transport in a few minutes as well.
In order to keep the high standard in our loft, smoking is not allowed.
